I have a concern about my order, what's the easiest way to contact you?

All pages are run by the co-owners of the company, and we will be more than happy to provide you with the best experience when ordering from our shop!

How long will it be to make and ship my order?

All orders will take 2-4 business days to be printed and pass quality control inspection to ensure our customers will receive only the best! Shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on the customer's location.

Our new production facility has expanded from the United States to the EU, UK, Australia, and Canada! All facilities use the same quality materials and the same state-of-the-art technology to print (or stitch) our designs. Your order will automatically be sent to the nearest in-stock facility to lower shipping costs, time, and emissions!

I need to change my shipping address, what should I do?

Please let us know within the first 24 hours after you place an order if you need to change your shipping address. We recommend sending us a chat on our website or a private message on Instagram for the quickest response!

I ordered the wrong size/color, what should I do?

Please let us know immediately of a size or color error! In most cases we will need to cancel the order, issue a refund, and ask that you reorder in the size and color that you need. Once your products are in production, we are not able to make changes or cancel an order.

Where is my shipping confirmation?

Please allow 2-4 business days for most orders to be made before receiving your shipping confirmation email. Our products are custom made for each individual order; this allows us to offer each customer with the most options (color, size, etc.). Orders during the holidays may be delayed due to high demand. If you still have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder!

Why hasn't my tracking updated?

If your tracking isn't updating, please contact us via chat or email! Typically, shipping delays are a result of packages being deemed "lost in shipment" by the shipping service. If this is the case, contact us within 30 days of placing your order to receive a complementary replacement!

What if I want to cancel an order or change my mind?

Any cancellations must be made immediately upon receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order is in production, cancellations and changes cannot be made.

What is your return policy?

We offer complementary replacements for manufacturing errors or damage within 30 days of receiving your order. Since each product is made-to-order, we do not accept returns if you change your mind on a design, color, or for sizing. Please refer to our size chart, and we strongly recommend reviewing your cart before placing your order!

What is Double Cross Clothing Co?

Double Cross Clothing Co. is a clothing design company started in July 2023 by Gabby and Tim! We started the company as a creative outlet that would allow us to bring people fun, unique designs and sayings. Everything from designs, marketing, customer service, etc. is handled by the two of us; every design and customer support response is coming straight from the co-owners of the company. We enjoy making connections with all of our customers, and we love how kind and supportive our customers are!
