How long will it take to make and ship my order?
All orders will take 2-4 business days (up to 5 during November-December) to be made and pass quality control inspection! Shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on the customer's location. In total, most orders arrive in 2 weeks or less!
Where are your products made?
Our products are made by our global production partner that oversees all facilities! Our production partner is trusted by the likes of Netflix Shop, MTV, Spotify, Nickelodeon, Viacom, and many other major global companies! Your order will be shipped from the nearest in-stock facility to lower shipping costs, time, and emissions!
Can I make a request?
Of course! We are always open to requests and customer input; this helps us understand more of what our audience is looking for! We can put an existing design on a new product, make small changes to an existing design, or work on a brand new design! How do I change the size, color, or design on my order?
Please let us know immediately of a size, color, or design error! Once your products are in production, we are not able to make changes or cancel an order. Where is my shipping confirmation?
Please allow 2-4 business days (up to 5 during November-December) for your order to be processed, made, inspected, and packaged before receiving your shipment and tracking information!
Why isn't my tracking updating?
In the event of a shipping carrier error where the tracking has stopped updating, the package can be deemed as "lost in transit". We will always work with our customers to make sure they receive their order as expected; please use our contact form or email us at info@doublecrossclothingco.com!
My order was delivered, but I didn't receive it, what should I do?
Please contact us using our contact form or our email info@doublecrossclothingco.com! We will always work with our customers to resolve delivery issues, and to make sure you receive your order!
My order was sent to the wrong address, what should I do?
Please contact us using our contact form or our email info@doublecrossclothingco.com! We will resolve any delivery errors where a package is incorrectly delivered to the wrong address; however, we do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect shipping addresses.
Can I return my order?
We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery; the item(s) must be in the same condition as they arrived, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) to our United States office. Use our contact form, or email us at info@doublecrossclothingco.com for more details.
What is your refund policy?
We offer complementary replacements or refunds for manufacturing errors or damage within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us via email at info@doublecrossclothingco.com with pictures that show the error or damage, as well as the design to verify the product. Please refer to our size chart, and compare our measurements to your favorite t-shirt or sweatshirt to verify your size! We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping address and cart before placing your order!
