Refund policy

We will replace or refund any order with proof of manufacturer defect or error, no returns will be necessary unless requested by the customer residing in the United States of America (excluding HI and AK). Replacements will be shipped at no cost to the customer. 
To request a replacement or full refund; please email us at info@doublecrossclothingco.com with 1-3 pictures as proof of manufacturer defect or error.

We accept returns from customers residing in the United States of America (excluding HI and AK) within 14 days of delivery; the item(s) must be in the condition they arrived in, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) to our United States office.
